About the instructor
Luan Wise
Luan is a chartered marketer, fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM). Over the past 20 years she has worked with clients including Hilton, Royal Mail, and the University of Cambridge, and continues to provide hands-on strategic consultancy on a project or retained basis. She has worked across a variety of B2B and B2C, in sectors including office supplies, postal services, telecoms, recruitment, facilities management, manufacturing, higher education and professional services.
She is one of the world's first lead trainers for Facebook's Blueprint programme, trusted to deliver training as part of Google's Digital Garage initiative, and on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Call Centre Management Association.
Luan is also the author of self-published book 'Relax! It’s Only Social Media' which won a National Indie Excellence Award and her social media planner was listed by the Independent as one of the nine best books for entrepreneurs. She is currently collaborating on an academic research project with Warwick Business School to guide the second edition of her book (publication date summer 2022).
